What needs to be done before the appointment?

  • Please speak to your insurance company to what percentage of the consultation fee will be covered by your cash plan insurance policy. This can range from 50% to 100% coverage depending on your plan. 

  • Simply Health and can be contacted directly on: 0800 197 6999.  The online portal can be reached here in the web chat box.

  • All Simply health claims will need to be paid upfront to the clinic and claimed back directly through them using our formal invoice that can be issued at the end of the consultation.

  • If you require another invoice please call the reception team at 01748883069 or email  

  • Self-referral is generally accepted with Simply health and Consultant or GP referral is not required

  • If you are in doubt please contact for your policy coverage prior to attending your appointment.

  • Any medication, bandages, or foot orthotics are not covered by insurance companies.

Procedure codes:

  • There are no specific procedure codes for Simply Health but you are required to call your insurance company and ensure that your policy allows podiatry consultations to be covered.
